Hello and welcome to the MS MounTain! My name is Tee and my partner who is helping me on this page is named Michael. (say Hello to the nice people, Michael!) Now you know what the big M & T stands for in MounTain... pretty cheesy huh! *smile*

Michael has Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) and lives in British Columbia, Canada, and is responsible for the music you hear playing right now!! I was diagnosed (May 8, 2000) with Primary Progressive MS (PPMS) And I live in Western Kentucky, USA.

Michael and I met on the MS Newsgroup (alt.support.mult-sclerosis). I went there looking for answers... and I found many wonderful people and friends... and most importantly... honest support! Take the time to drop in and visit, you won't be sorry!

In my travels through the net and reading the MS Newsgroup I *have* actually learned a few things... HONEST I HAVE... I just have a harder time now remembering exactly what those things were... so... this page is here to help me remember and to help you to learn.

This entire site is dedicated to "The Rogues", Michael, Lynne, Laura, Pamela, Rhonda, Jils, Dora, Steve, Gaylan and Joan, I don't know how I would have come this far and understood so much if it weren't for all of you...

Here is a couple of factoids to get ya all warmed up...!

  • 1 out of 3 people with MS only have a mild form of MS. They have few serious symptoms for many years after onset.

  • 3 out of 4 people with MS are still active and can take care of daily needs many years after a firm diagnosis of MS.

  • 9 out of 10 people with MS have few or no symptoms for months or even years.
